AS YOU ALL KNOW HEROES IS RETURNING IN 2 WEEKS AND I MUST SAY, IM SO EXCITED.
AS WE COUNTDOWN TO THE NEXT SEASON WHAT CAN WE EXPECT.

my guess is that they are going to explain some other stuff and intro some new characters and some more villians will show up
the new president of the USA

i'm pumped for the new series of heroes to return.
i think some of the characters will get killed and the cheerleaders dad will pay an improtant part this season

in this season of heroes you are hearing more and more of the company

While the infrastructure of the Company is still a bit of a mystery, some of their operations are not. The most evident operation is that of actual field work, sending teams of two (comprised of a normal person and one with enhanced abilities) into public to investigate those individuals who have been deemed "special" by the Company.
Upon identification, subjects are tranquilized and taken to a laboratory hidden within the walls of a front organization of some sort where they are further examined. Upon completion of examination, there are one of three possible outcomes:
1. Some subjects are tagged at the base of the neck using a pneumatic device which injects a radioisotope for tracking.[3] The subjects are then released, after having the abduction erased from their memory.
2. Some subjects are recruited into the Company, after being tagged with the radioisotope so the Company can monitor their activities.
3. In "Company Man", references are made to other subjects being executed or vivisected. The decision of whether to release a subject or terminate them is apparently at the discretion of regional managers like Noah Bennet.
The company also had two tracking systems. One was called the Walker Tracking System, which was the use of Molly Walker's power to locate and find people. The second was a satellite, which was destroyed by Hana Gitelman. The satellite system was used to track those who had been bagged and tagged by the radio isotope injection that causes the parallel scar. Currently, the Walker Tracking System is out of the hands of the Company, as Molly Walker is in the possession of Matt Parkman and Mohinder Suresh. Bob implied in "Four Months Later," that the Company is "allowing" Molly to stay with Suresh and Parkman.
The organization was apparently controlled by Daniel Linderman. He seemed to have a partnership with Angela Petrelli, who in turn had trust in Kaito Nakamura and Charles Deveaux, despite them both going against Linderman and her.

The Company uses a bag and tag system to bring new heroes into the Company's fold and monitor them. Sometimes tasers and drugs are used to "bag" up these heroes. The mark or "tag" consist of two black parallel lines which has been shown close to the neck of multiple super-powered characters. The mark is the scar left by the two-pronged needle of a pneumatic injection device,[4][5] which, as revealed in a biography of Hana Gitelman in the Heroes 360 experience, injects a radioisotope to allow tracking.[3] All of the marked characters have had encounters with Mr. Bennet and/or the Haitian.

* Hana Gitelman in Graphic Novel "Wireless, Part 4"
* Claude in "Unexpected"
* Isaac Mendez in "Unexpected"
* West in "Kindred"[6]
