Maybe there's just a curse attached to Wonder Woman. Warner Bros. couldn't keep Joss Whedon on the film featuring the tall, dark-haired Amazon, and now the studio can't even get the actress they wanted to fill her boots in the "Justice League of America" film.
Biel -- of "Blade: Trinity" and "7th Heaven" fame -- has bucked a report made last week by Variety to instead shake her head to the offer of playing Wonder Woman in the live-action Superfriends film, according to Entertainment Weekly.
So what happens now? That is unclear.
Before Biel reportedly signed on, there were various names being bantied about for the role including Victoria Hill, Silvia Colloca and Ivana Milicevic. It's unclear if any of these actress are still being considered for Wonder Woman.
