Another X-Men spinoff movie coming our way soon called X-Men Origins: Magneto.

Variety reports, that 20th Century Fox is working on another "X-Men" Spin-Off titled "Magneto". The studio hired Sheldon Turner ("The Amityville Horror") to write the screenplay. The movie will likely show the early years of Magneto, so it is not clear if Ian McKellen will be back to reprise his role. Also Professor X will be involved. While Magneto was send to a concentration camp, Professor X was a soldier of the allied Forces.
Sheldon Turner said: ""I pitched a film that is almost 'The Pianist' meets 'X-Men,' about a guy who, after watching his family slaughtered, has an awakening of his powers and seeks revenge."
The Professor and Magneto will meet after the war, and when they discover that they both have supernatural powers, their differences turns them into enemys. "Magneto" will be produced by Lauren Shuler Donner and Marvel Studio’s Avi Arad. With the "Wolverine" movie, written by David Benioff, this is the second Spin-Off from the "X-Men" franchise.
